Web Security Statement

The security of your information is the most important aspect of our Total Bill Management service within MyEZBills. Every decision we make is evaluated towards our policy to provide the best possible security over the Internet for our customers.

  1. Any connections to our server that request personal information must be made through a secure connection, which is validated by a unique Login ID and password. Login IDs and passwords are personally established by each user during the sign-up process.

  2. When accessing the MyEZBills Member area, our security system on the Web requires that customers use Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 4.0 or higher), or the AOL 4.0 browser. Netscape 4.x or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x are required as some features of our service are not compatible with earlier versions. The use of these browsers ensures that all transmitted data is authenticated and encrypted by the Netscape Secure Enterprise Server, keeping the data confidential as it transmits over the Internet. It is also highly recommended that customers use the U.S. Domestic 128-bit encryption browsers for increased security (See our browser security FAQ for more information).

  3. MyEZBills does not establish any web "cookies" during your web session, but rather creates a random session ID attached to your encrypted web connection. This session will automatically time out after 20 minutes of inactivity and you will be prompted to login again.
