MyEZBills GuaranteesT Terms and Conditions:
SECURITY:
If an active member incurs a Loss (as defined) resulting directly from a breach
in security that is under our control, and has otherwise complied with the
security measures we require of our members, such as maintaining the
confidentiality of their passwords and using at least a 128 bit secure browser
to access our website, we will reimburse the amount of such Loss. Loss is
defined as an unauthorized debit by the MyEZBills.com system from the active

PRIVACY:
We will keep all personal and financial information of members confidential,
and will not sell an active member's individual information or data to any
third party. We will only use this information in accordance with our
Privacy Statement for the purposes of processing bills, contacting and
paying billers on our members' behalf, and communicating new or enhanced
services directly to our members. MyEZBills.com is not responsible for personal
or financial information revealed to third-parties directly by the members or
by other companies possessing this information. [BACK

ACCURACY:
If we make a Mistake (as defined), we will reimburse you for any interest or
late payment fee that results. A Mistake is defined as: display of a bill to
the wrong payee page, a payment being made from the wrong account, a payment
being made for too much or too little, or a payment made on the wrong bill,
each to the extent caused by errors or omissions on the part of our staff or a
failure of our system to perform. We are not responsible for erroneous data
provided by, or errors made by, billers, members themselves, a member's
financial institution, or by MyEZBills.com if we were following a member's
instructions. We are also not responsible for uncompleted payments that may
result from insufficient funds in a member's account or certain other
situations as described in our standard terms and conditions. [BACK

AVAILABILITY:
We will fulfill this guarantee if our service is not available for member
access and operation for longer than 24 continuous hours. Availability is
defined as member access to our web server and database. Exceptions to the
availability guarantee are when the site is down for scheduled, pre-announced
site maintenance purposes and for reasons that are not under our reasonable
control. For instance, we are not responsible for access problems resulting
from unavailability of Internet service through a member's service provider,
the public switched telephone network, problems with a member's hardware,
software, browser, connectivity or phone lines and similar issues as outlined
in MyEZBills.com standard terms and conditions.

ONTIME
PAYMENTS:
An on-time payment is defined as a payment sent by us on the payment
processing date supplied by the member, and where the member's payment
instructions have complied with the timing and other requirements of our
standard terms and conditions. If we send a payment later than instructed and
it is determined to be the result of an error or omission on the part of our
staff or a failure of our system to perform, we will contact the payee of that
particular bill and assist in reverting any late fees or similar direct charges
actually levied by the biller as a result of the late payment, and reimburse
member if this is not possible. Since we cannot control the post office or
certain electronic payment networks, we cannot guarantee that payments will be
received by a biller on time. [BACK

CUSTOMER
SERVICE:
We will respond by telephone or email to all inquiries made to our customer
service department within 24 hours, 7 days a week. If customer service
inquiries are made through email addresses or phone numbers other than those
published for this purpose, MyEZBills.com will not be responsible for the time
frame in which the answers are given. We will evaluate any complaints and award
the Guarantee if, in our reasonable judgment, our customer service was anything

Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the MyEZBills GuaranteesT Program,
including but not limited to the actual guarantees or any of the Program awards
if the indicated award becomes unavailable.
